Amanda was born and raised in Oxnard, California. Her playground while growing up was her Grandmother's kitchen. There she learned the secrets of cooking that reflects true Mexican flavors. These recipes have been handed down over seven generations and our kitchen staff does not waiver from these recipes. Everything is made fresh in the kitchen every day.
Though Amanda passed away in 2005, her spirit lives on through the enjoyment of her concept and food.
